With this casual walk-and-talk consultation, we'll create a strategy for highlighting your home's best features and maximizing your space. Our easy-to-follow tips for decluttering and neutralizing your home will ensure that it appeals to the widest range of homebuyers. Take your own notes or upgrade to receive a full written report with recommendations and a shopping list of suggested items. 

Occupied Staging

One step up from a Staging Consultation, our Occupied Staging service is designed to put the finishing touches on occupied listings before they hit the market. After you've completed any requested cleaning, decluttering, and repairs to the home following our consultation, we'll bring our team in to edit and add the final details needed to prepare for MLS photos and showings. We also offer shopping services for soft goods.
