Vacant Staging in Sauer's Gardens: 1404 Antrim Ave.
Compared to the historic homes I've been staging, this Antrim Avenue house, built in 1967, feels like a new build! "Newer" homes like these may not have as much character as a turn-of-the-century Victorian, but I think that's one thing that makes staging them so fun. It's such a satisfying transformation when you take a fully blank slate and turn it into something cozy and welcoming.
