Occupied Staging on Cherokee Road in Richmond

Occupied Staging on Cherokee Road in Richmond

It was truly an honor to be called in to help stage this Richmond icon known as "The Igloo House" on Cherokee Road. Set on more than two acres overlooking the James River, this 6,000-square-foot stunner was originally created by artist Demetrios Mavroudis, and thoroughly updated by its most recent owners. No surprise with a house of this size, there were just a few gaps that needed filling before going to market, so listing agent Margaret Wade (of Long & Foster) called on Fiddleleaf to bring in some rugs, accent chairs, and accessories. We did some light rearranging and picture-hanging as well. With a setting like this, this occupied staging project hardly felt like work at all!
