Occupied Staging: 4315 Stonewall
The Stonewall house is what I'm calling a hybrid staging project — somewhere between an occupied and vacant stage. This adorable Forest Hill house, listed by Taney Marshall at River Fox Realty, was already partially furnished, but it needed some work to get it ready for photos and showings. Namely, we needed to add a dining area, do something with the bonus room, and stage the primary bedroom. I was careful to choose furniture and accessories that blended with the sellers' existing decor, creating an overall feeling of cozy, cottage-y warmth that works so well in this charming neighborhood.
